Fake

As I have not received my bag yet(I ordered this bag), I would request for a full refund of my money. This has been a mental torture to polite customers. Want to bring it to your notice that your customer has waited for the product which was prepaid and booked on 17 September. I tried reaching out to your team on emails, Instagram and even tried to contact your delivery partner on the status of my delivery of the product. No one has really responded and did anything about it and your act or inaction has been quite prejudicial to the interest of the innocent customers like us. I no longer willing to accept your product which has been substantially delayed by you.

As a customer, you brand is the front end and I don’t not have any obligation to coordinate with your delivery partners. In case you do not refund, I will be filing a consumer complaint in the consumer court under the Consumer protection Act and rules made therein.

Further, there is no contact number for the customer for direct resolution of customer grievances which will be highlighted in the complaint as it has been tremendously difficult to reach out to the brand directly. It seems like a fake brand and more investigations will be possibly requested from the authorities under the said Act.
