RASHKI 7 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
At RASHKI customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and we provide hassle free exchange for your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
All you need to do is fill the form under the contact us tab on the website and leave a message with subject as “EXCHANGE REQUEST”
Reverse pickup for exchanges will be arranged by the BRAND however reverse pickup is chargeable at actuals as per the rate card of the logistics partner
It is advised that the return packages should be strongly and appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit
Note: Exchange is allowed only once per order.

FOR DAMAGE & DEFECTIVE ITEM
Please notify us of receipt of a damaged / defective product within 24 hours of delivery. The defective / damaged item for replacement must be received within 10 days of delivery to claim the replacement

SAME-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
At RASHKI, we accept cancellations on the same day of the order. Once the order status changes to shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations, and the product(s) will be delivered to the initially provided address.
