Reverse pickup for returns will be arranged by the BRAND, however it is advised that the return packages should be strongly and appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit

RASHKI 7 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

The size did not fit, no problem at RASHKI we provide hassle free exchange for your purchase. You can exchange your heels within 7 days from the date of delivery.

FOR DAMAGE & DEFECTIVE ITEM

Please notify us on receipt of a damaged / defective product within 7 days of delivery. The replacement product for defective / damaged item should be delivered within 10 days of claim for replacement.
