Nice product, needs design refinement

It's a great looking and spacious enough bag that I have gotten compliments on from people. Very noticeable. However there are the following design changes needed to make it one of the best available ones -

1. The shoulder strap links are placed somewhat under the flap of the bag on either side. As a result the strap fouls with the edges of the flap which are thus bound to show wear and tear a bit too soon
2. The clasp doesn't close if the bag is even a bit bulged out... need a bit more flexibility on the flap to stretch out a bit
