4 star Good quality material, could use more user friendly necessities.

Could have used one more small pocket in front. Or atleast some partitions in the big pocket given. And considering the bag is a dual duffle plus laptop bag, a rain cover would have been nice. Ur ad literally shows someone use it for hiking purpose. The rain cover should have been a necessary add on. And a water bottle holder. Other than that, the bag is nice for a duffle bag with shoe compartment, which a basic gym bag can do too. So essentially just spending money bec it cones with back pack straps. Giving 4 stars for the quality of material. Whether the metal clip ons will hold in when weight is carried, time will tell.
